Field Inspector

Inspects, assess, and verify the construction condition conducted by Company’s partner to ensure its compliance to Company’s EHS standard and meet to design and completion time target.

Tanggung Jawab

• 1.Provide work planning and do inspections in regular basis on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
• 2.Monitor conformance of all requirements, such as code of conduct or safety precautions.
• 3.Perform field inspections and maintain inspection records, taking photos of the project to evidence the condition, submit daily field logs to update the Construction Supervisor and Project Manager.
• 4.Conduct a final site walk-down and identify major & minor deficiencies for correction actions.
• 5.Evaluating plans and specifications for construction projects to ensure conformance with regulations.
• 6.Issuing of violation notices and stop the work where field works do not comply with EHS regulations.
• 7.Collect information based on actual field condition, record any deviations and disagreements to Construction Supervisor for clarification.
• 8.Attending pre-construction meetings and close-out meetings of construction projects.

Kualifikasi

• 1.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering field from reputable university.
• 2.Has solid experience at least 3 years in inspection and management of multi-discipline construction works.
• 3.Strong report-writing knowledge and good verbal communication skills in English.
• 4.Strong knowledge of relevant regulations.
• 5.Agile, self-motivated, has good interpersonal skill, and able to work efficiently with a minimum of supervision.
• 6.Ability to work in a team, demonstrating leadership and organizational capabilities, timemanagement skills.
• 7.Understanding of engineering codes and common issues in the mechanical/civil construction works.
• 8.Proficient knowledge of fall protection and work zone safety.
• 9.Has good car driving skill and valid driver’s license.
